about

BPMoore’s well-received sophomore album "If I Don’t See You Again" has been reworked by twelve artists across the modern-classical and ambient spectrum: Jameson Nathan Jones, Philip G Anderson, Orange and Mountains, Marie Awadis, Amess, Traveler CS, annasara, Ceridwen McCooey, Maciej Sadowski, Harald Hauser, Simeon Walker, and Glowworm.

"If I Don’t See You Again" is a foray into the idea of connection; permanence and impermanence, arrivals and departures, change and stillness. Themes of movement and fleeting moments feed into a wider story of family and friends, neurological pathways, and the difference in perception that each of us experiences. The Reworks collection further expands on these ideas.

BPMoore comments, “It's about connection and working together, reaching across borders in the ways we can these days, making the most of social media and the technologies now available in order to create something positive. I feel very lucky to have been able to bring these incredible artists together into one project. It feels like an extended family.

Hearing the new interpretations of these songs—watching each artist develop them and take them in directions I would have never even been able to do myself, bringing their own personality into each piece—has been a hugely exhilarating experience for me. I have learnt so much from each artist involved in this project, and these new pieces feel like a continuation of the conversation that started with “If I Don’t See You Again”."
